If you are the victim of a crime of domestic violence, know that you are important to us and we will do all that we can to help you through the criminal justice process. The Greene County Prosecutor’s Victim Witness Office is here for you and your family.

All services provided FREE of charge and confidential. Any information you share at the Family Justice Center in confidence cannot be shared without your permission. Although members of Springfield Police Department, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, and the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office are on site, they will not be given any of your information without your written consent.

MISSOURI SAFE AT HOME
Safe at Home can be one part of your comprehensive safety plan by providing a substitute address so that survivors of domestic violence who have relocated to an address unknown to their abuser can keep their address confidential on new records created by state and local agencies and the courts.
